Mr. D. Andrew (Andrew) York graduated summa cum laude from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics. After receiving a bachelor’s degree, Mr. York attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. York served as the Managing Editor of the Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law.

 

Mr. York serves individuals and businesses by practicing a wide variety of legal matters including civil litigation, estate planning, contract drafting, conducting closings, and real estate law matters. Mr. York is admitted to practice law in all Tennessee state courts. Mr. York grew up in Overton County, Tennessee and now resides in Clinton, Tennessee with his wife, Jenna Murphy York. Outside of work, Mr. York enjoys watching the University of Tennessee Athletics, playing tennis and golf, and being involved in church activities.
